Local or Suburbia

This one will depend on where you work or what type of lifestyle you are looking to have .

Living locally in the City, you and your family members will be able to take public transit to where you need to go. City neighborhoods are well developed and planned out with schools, recreation and shopping centres, parks walking/bicycle trails all within transit or walking distance. 

Within the city environment there are common city problems such as congestion/garbage and noise pollution. City living is great especially for dining theatre and the arts remember you pay for what you get……

Suburbia the ideal dream, new subdivisions, green spaces, shopping centres, schools, hospitals and without a car hard to get around. You and all your family members will be reliant on the Automobile as the public transit is there but almost none existent.

You can find a larger home for less than in the city. There is also similar problems to the city in suburbia such as congestion and localized garbage issues and sprawl. If you like your car and your budget suits suburbia go for it, Rob…
